Great Article By Shane MacLeod over at TBCB Company Site

Our friend Shane has contributed a very interesting and informative article over at the TBCB company site. Take a look here:

Australian Heavyweight Champions

Thanks Shane. It was a great read.

I have to agree with Mark. It's a terrific article and really informative and well researched. Even brought back memories of Dave Russell

Now I just want some ratings for a few of these boys so they can achieve the notoriety they should have.

Thanks to information that Shane had provided to me previously, I have George Cook and Ambrose Palmer rated in my 30's universe. They're available in the downloads over at Cornerwork.com. But just in case you don't want to download all those fighters, here's George Cook and Ambrose Palmer:

Much appreciated Mark. I had'nt downloaded your 30's fighters yet, but only because it sounded like you had them set soley for a 30's universe at whatever their career stage was at the time, and they were not all rated for their "prime" abilities, which at the moment is all I am using.

That's true. The fighters in those download files are rated specifically for their time in the 30's. However, some of them work well as they're rated to be used with fighters that came with the game. In my opinion, Cook and Palmer are two such fighters. Palmer was truly a great fighter and Cook was much better than his record indicates because he consistently fought a high quality of opposition. I have Palmer rated a "7" overall and Cook a "5".

Thanks for the compliments guy's, much appreciated. I saw Dave Russell fight a fair few times live, and as you probably noticed he was a big favourite of mine.

Cheers,

Shane.
