1 quick question

On the fighter's screen I've noticed a number which is in brackets after the fighter's date of birth & fight record.This is also on the schedule screen after the bouts have took place.
Could somebody please inform me as to what this number is & why it only appears next to certain fighter's on the schedule screen?
