Help

I've created a big problem for myself. I know they've said to save your game copy to disk "just in case". I, unfortunately, didn't think i would ever run into this problem. Guess what? My computer crashed and i lost everything on it. Finally got a new one, but no longer have any of my saved data, including my lifeline, Titlebout. What I was wondering is if there is anyway I can get another copy or if I will be stuck having to purchase another? And, is there a way to get a disc copy of the game? I need to get back in the ring, plz help.

I have heard that if you call or email ootp developments they can tell you how or who you can contact that can help you with your purchase ID # from your game and you will not have to pay for another copy.

Sorry that I don't know for sure who you have to call, but I'm sure ootp Developments can point you in the right direction.

Hopefully someone can come behind me and help you more.

How do I get my license number again?
Via-Tech handles all orders, license numbers, etc.

If you lost your order ID/license number or need one restored you need to contact them with proof of your purchase. Emailing our support team won't help as Via-Tech handles all of these issues.

I had a hard drive die and was able to get a license back. For what's that worth.

Just send your purchase info (name and so on) to support@elicense.com, tell them about your problem and ask for your order ID. No problem, they will help you! Then install the game, click on "License" on the purchase screen and enter that order ID. That's all.

WOOHOO!!! Got my license number and now I'm back in business. Time to see if i can get all these downloads to work now. Thanks again everyone and happy pugilising.
