how do I put a photo next to my posts?

I have been trying to do this for quite some time and cant figure it out. I want to display a picture of the time I got to meet the all time greatest HW... Evander Holyfield. Can someone please point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.

Click on User CP at the top of the page, then choose the Edit Options tag. At the bottom of that screen should be an option to add an avatar, so then you just need to upload your picture.
