Rerating fighters?

Hi all, i'm new here. Just discovered that great game. I'm far from a boxing guru as I only watch fights from montreal (alcine, lucas).

I have a question though, sorry if it's silly.

I was wondering if the fighters ratings can be rerated automatically.

Meaning if create someone, will his rating go up or down during his career or must I do this manually?

Welcome aboard!

The "career" stages must be handled manually at this time. So, if the fighter is just starting out you will set his "career stage to "Beginning" and go from there.

It appears the role playing game will eventually have the capability to do it automatically for us but that is still some time away after TBCB 2 comes out.

If you want to get a full understanding of how to use the various stages and the problems some have run in to just do a search on "career stage".
