It must feel nice to come out of the first week with wins over the 2nd and 3rd ranked guys in your weightclass. Welsh was the biggest threat to beat Edwin this year so it's nice to not have to worry about him of course he's still got a long season ahead of him so anything can happen but I feel good about his chances of having another undefeated regular season.

Well, if you look at his history he isn't all that inconsistant anymore. Over his last 12 fights he's 9-3 (8) with wins over Breland, Quintana, and Carroll as well as Jimmy Gardner. His three losses were at the hands of Andrew Lewis, Lloyd Honeyghan, and Randy Shields so they weren't bad losses. It seems Cuevas is starting to figure things out.

This is true. Regardless of the ratings of our fighters, we'll still have a tough time this year being that most of our guys are still in the beginning stage. I had a horrendous first week, keep your chin up. At worst, you'll be in a better position next year when your guys move up in stage, a few trades and a few draft picks. We'll be more competitive then.

True, you guys will be far more competitive next year but Mike and myself are both original team owners we're already at the cap and the majority of our guys are Pre-Prime or Prime. Heck, I won my division last year and Mike was in it until he pulled his annual last game collapse.
