Do you watch any of the fights SAL or are you auto simming all of them?

scouting--possible problems with ratings

Half way through my scouting for the expansion draft and have found:

possible errors in ratings
WW Gustave Eder fight outside = 33, I changed to 3
HW Bobby Halpern proficiency = 6
HW Charley Retzlaff chin vs KO = 6
WW Del Flanagan recovery = 6
WW Ferd Hernandez recovery = 6

13 points maybe too much to overcome in one bout ... this is why I am still for a 4 team playoff.

I'd like to throw out another vote for a four team playoff as well.

Two votes from the two guys in second place right now ... imagine that LOL.

Of course Cawkney Crusaders might have a gripe as to how the two wildcards are picked. Bear is joining at the end of the year. We need to recruit another team into this or Sal needs to take a team.

Yeah, the Crusaders would have a legit arguement that they should grab the last spot but I think the top two teams from division should go of course I'm biased in this.

I argee with your last point Mike with Bear joining if we can't get someone else to join SAL should take the other spot if he doesn't mind the bit of extra workload.

I let the auto-sched. set up the fights and then I pick around 5 / 10 to watch.

Spoken like a true second place team.
Next season we will go with 2 divisions (Gold/Silver) and have two conferences in each. This will give you four teams for the playoffs.

Also new to next season we will have free agents. We will have a free agent wire where teams will be listed in order in which they can pick up free agents, just like fantasy football leagues.

******* TRADE DEADLINE *******

Trade deadline is set for August 10, 2006 @ 4:00pm CST.
This will allow me to finish round 7.

The trade wire will reopen after round 7 and the draft pool with the new fighters added will be posted. That way if anyone is interested in trading before the tournament or for draft picks they will be able to do so.

For those that have trade deals in the works, I'll get back with you later tonight.

It is listed on page 2, post #22.
The list is just shows fighters available for replacement due to injuries.
A complete list with the new fighters added will be posted here on this thread after round 7 is complete.

I would like to see one other person join, but if we have a problem locating someone, I'll take the last spot so we won't have to wait around to get season two underway.

I know the Bear is ready.

Scouting bantams at the moment so I have one and a half weight classess to finish. Will very soon and be good to go. Will I be drafting before the draft by the current teams or after? Either way shouldn't effect me too much. I'm going through each weight class and making short lists by weight class and rating with multiple options at each. I feel like I'm already in my war-room
