I like the way you set up the schedule as it helps me out this year giving me a chance to race out to a early lead over Dave if I can win 2 or 3 of those early matches. The Guardsmen should come back to earth once they get into the meat of their schedule. It should make the standings pretty interesting, I look forward to seeing how it all works out.

I've got 6 picks in the coming draft. Have a couple of guys I'm hoping drop to me for some roster tweaking. I'll try to fill these wishes of mine, but if owners of any teams would like for me to draft some one and trade, (including the expansion owners) I will be all ears.

If someone drafting ahead of me would draft one of my targets and trade for some extra picks or work out a deal, I'll listen. Obviously I don't want to announce my targets publicly on the forums, but I'll be watching for any PMs.

This is a bit off topic, but I think I'm excused with the Sunday's game being around the corner

Sal,

I probably won't be awake when the draft starts. When it's my turn, just pick the highest rated fighter available for me and I'll be happy. If there's a bunch of them with the highest rating, just pick one from one of the lower weight divisons (Feather, Bantam). I need some serious help there.

Thanks.

You'll be excused Monday when you are off sick from work because of the beat down the Colts put on your boys!

7 Hours until the Draft Starts......................

In the mean time, I'll be working on our first two pages of this thread. It will have a different look to make room for the expansion teams.

This game will be harder on my nerves than the '65 world series. Been living and dying with the Bears going back to '56 when I was a little kid. My uncle was a season ticket holder back when they played at Wrilgley field. I didn't worry about the '85 Bears in Super Bowl XX. Was concvinced they were going to win in the spring of '85. I'm expecting a good game Sunday because I think we match up better vs. the Colts than any of the other 3 AFC finalists.

Sal
Will you start a new page for this year's draft or will it take place at the end of the draft thread?

While I won't be involved in the draft it should be interesting to see how everything turns out and who ends up where.

Are you saying that you are passing on your 3rd rounder?

I can't believe there is absolutely no interest in my first round pick! Oh well, I'll get a list to you shortly Scot.

I'll go ahead and give Romy Vito and send Tiger along with that 3rd rounder your way Chris. I'm sure he won't mind.

Yeah, you go ahead and do that and I'll be packing the car bombs and taking a quick trip up to Louisville to pick up Mike, the Hookers, and the blow before heading over to la Casa de SAL to show you how much I appreciated it.

I actually gave some thought to making that trade but decided to stick with Larry Boardman instead. Neither are all that much better then the other but I think LW will be easier then MW.

Make sure you put the snow chains on them tires as you will be driving through a lot of ice.
