I'll accept all roster cuts by PM at anytime.

Everyone will have one week after the expansion teams have their rosters made official to get their rosters at or below the cap.
I'll send out requests for the expansion rosters in the next 12 hours.

If you want to hang onto some of your draftees in hopes of working a trade with the expansion teams, by all means do so.

The expansion rosters must come in at 95 points and be made official before the they can start trading up in cap points.

Well, those expansion teams need to hurry up with getting their rosters confirmed and all the trading can get started and more importantly the cutting of fighters. I have my eye on a few guys I'm hoping get released so I can pick them up.
