Surprised my Lightweights did so well, and my Mormeck pick looks good to start. But overall I guess this went about as well as I could've expected. Not a drubbing, but an expected loss. Was Giardello winning the Davison fight when he got DQ'd? Idiot!

Sorry about the loss but one of us had to be on that end. Good luck the rest of the season. Thanks for the kind words on the improvements. I'm open to any suggestions to make this animal easier for everyone.

I was away from the computer last night but the waiver wire closed at 8 pm and there was no activity. Is Chris on vacation or something?

The Trade Wire will close in 4 hours and a few minutes...............

With some luck .............I may start week 2 later tonight.

I'll open week 2 with...........
Punching Bags @ Hoosier Playboys

Chilton Roughnecks @ Oakland Assassins

Juggernaut @ Undisputed Champions

Sweet, hopefully you're able to start week 2 tonight. Doesn't Chris usually take a week or two to get warmed up before blowing his team up and making all the his moves so I'm sure he'll get going next week or so.

LOL, I am guessing if Chris happens to lose this week, there will be plenty of week 3 moves

Congrats on another good win KC. It looked like you might be in some trouble at first but in the end y'all handled your business. I wonder if we could be seeing the start of a Assassin division title run.

Thanks, Romy. Even though I expected to win those first two matches, it's still good to be 2-0. The real test comes next week, though. If I can beat the Crusaders, maybe I'll start believing that the playoffs are a possibility.

Well, the Crusaders are in rebuilding mode right now so who knows how much of a threat they are currently. I think this weeks match with the Mexivilles will show if last week was a fluke or if the Crusaders have dropped that much. You might be just be the team to be in the division.
