I'm in your corner on this match. I've got the Jaggernaut's 1st round pick in the upcoming draft via a trade so I'm decidedly biased in your favor.

I've been thinking about the scoring system for awhile and I think we should just stick with what we have. I know I've supported win/loss records in the scoring before but I've changed my mind. SAL made a good point to me while we were discussing it that the UTBA is similar to wrestling were the individual results matter more then the team records.

On a different note, GO Beavers GO please please can you repeat your performance from last time you fought Tile Hill.

I've clicked it a few times to see if my boys are in the top 16 ... figured you were just too busy and I didn't want to be pushy and say something since you do so much.

If I were to change anything it would be a 5 or 10 point bonus for winning the match.

A match win bonus would not change things dramatically and should be a very good compromise, although I like 3 points or maybe 5 at best.

How about a 10 point bonus for any team that beats Mickey Walker?

Whens the All-Star game going to be held or are we not doing it this year?[/quote]

I'm wondering this myself. The all-star match was fun.

I will try and get out the list to vote on tonight. I wanted to wait until the end of week 9 b/c last season a bunch of team owners held off voting until the end of the season before making a decision.

I apologize for the top 20 rankings this season. I'll do better in the future and keep them current week to week. It's really not that much extra work. Don't be bashful about asking me why I stopped doing something. Maybe I just forget sometimes and I need a little reminder. I do appreciate your thoughts on my work load guys and not saying anything.

There will be an All-Star match just like last year. I was like Dave and waiting for the end of week 10. The reason it is not on the schedule is because Romy will be running the match and he needs to set the date. Romy will also be running a surprise tournament as well.............he just doesn't know about it yet.

Reminder on the offseason awards and All-Star ballots. By vote last season, all voting will be hidden with no running tally.

Matt,
The subject has been brought up again so I'll see what ideas everybody comes up with and get a poll to vote on after the season.
