Undisputed Champions vs Iceteaboxing - Round 9
October 18, 2006: Turning Stone Casino, Verona, NY
Iceteaboxing dominates once again. One surprise today was when Tom Heeney of Undisputed Champions defeated Herbie Hide to take the HW crown, I thought for sure that Peter Jackson would regain the title that he lost last round when he fought Henney. That didn't happen and Heeney looks like a man on a mission. Scoreboard: Undisputed Champions 12-19-1 (6) = 31 Iceteaboxing 19-12-1 (8) = 47 ================================================== = Championship Bout Results: (Undisputed Champions listed first) HW- (#32)Tom Heeney 6-10-0 (3) W KO11 (CH)Herbie Hide 20-12-1 (16) HW- (CH)Tom Heeney 7-10-0 (4) W TKO13 (#2)Peter Jackson 34-1-1 (13) LHW- (#32)Daniel Judah 7-20-1 (5) L KO8 (CH)Mate Parlov 8-6-2 (7) LHW- (#12)Glencoffe Johnson 19-11-1 (7) L UD15 (CH)Mate Parlov 9-6-2 (8) * New UTBA HW Champion..........Tom Heeney 8-10-0 (5) * ================================================== = Bout Results: (Undisputed Champions listed first) HW- Tony Tucker L UD12 Peter Jackson HW- Tony Tucker L TKO4 Herbie Hide LHW- Daniel Judah L TKO10 Prince Charles Williams (Williams advances to PRIME) LHW- Glencoffe Johnson Draw 12 Prince Charles Williams MW- Charles McCoy L TKO10 Tiger Flowers MW- Charles McCoy W TKO8 Michael Olajide MW- Lee Sala L UD12 Michael Olajide MW- Lee Sala L UD12 Tiger Flowers WW- Zab Judah W TKO10 Curtis Cokes WW- Zab Judah W UD12 Johnny Saxton WW- Edwin Cassiani L UD12 Johnny Saxton WW- Edwin Cassiani L MD12 Curtis Cokes LW- Ebo Elder L TKO8 Sid Terris LW- Ebo Elder W MD12 Jimmy Britt LW- Rocky Kansas L TKO5 Jimmy Britt LW- Rocky Kansas L UD12 Sid Terris FW- Sugar Ramos W SD12 Ike Chestnut FW- Sugar Ramos W TKO11 Ricardo Moreno (Ricardo Moreno advances to PRIME) FW- Frankie Crawford W UD12 Ike Chestnut FW- Frankie Crawford L TKO7 Ricardo Moreno BW- Herman Marques L UD12 Robert Cohen (Robert Cohen advances to PRIME) BW- Herman Marques L UD12 Harry Forbes BW- Eloy Sanchez L MD12 Robert Cohen (Eloy Sanchez advances to pre-prime) BW- Eloy Sanchez L UD12 Harry Forbes Fly- Octavio Gomez W UD12 Jackie Brown Fly- Octavio Gomez W KO8 Lorenzo Gutierrez Fly- Jaime Rios W UD12 Lorenzo Gutierrez Fly- Jaime Rios L TKO10 Jackie Brown * Rosters on page one have been updated |

Sorry about that Chris. After Ice just finished dispatching the Champions, I see now that if you run the table on the Assassins and go 32-0-0 (32) to score a perfect 96..............you'll only be 6 points behind the leader.

I'm glad to see that the last of the former Muckboys I had cut have found new homes, Tommy Morrison should fit in perfectly with the whole get a KO or get KOed style HW style the Mexivilles use.

The Huskers are good but I think FSU works better for Iceteaboxing. You have the domination over a mostly helpless division (ACC, The North), a rival from a different division who seemly has their number (Miami, Mexivillies) hell they both start with M to. Another talented team that they seem to beat repeatly (Florida, Crusaders) and if in like 6 seasons if the Crusaders have failed to win at IceTea's home then they'll really be the Gators.

Thank you, that goes to show you the power of having nothing to do and being completely bored out of your mind really lets you focus on something like that just to do something.

Mike, aside from that horrible brawl with FIU which I'm not defending in any way Miami has been pretty clean over the last decade. Really whats the worse thing their players have done. Anyway, I'm comparing you to the Ken Dorsey/Dan Morgan Miami teams which were really classy pretty much. Everytime, King Tut wins a match I want to strangle a kitten lord knows how I was able to blow that draft pick that badly.

Juggernaut vs MexiVilles - Round 9
October 18, 2006: State Fair Grounds, Louisville, KY
Juggernaut had the MexiVilles down 41 to 37 with two bouts left in the match. Win one of them and they go home with the win. Lucky for the MexiVilles that they had their LW champ in those two bouts. Arguello went 2-0 with two KOs for 6 points which gave the MexiVilles the victory. man, another loss... looks like I have secured my spot in the top 5 picks for the upcoming draft now lol...
Also, the bout logs for round 8 have been uploaded to the site. I'll post the others when I have time ![]() *EDIT* Well, I had some free time this afternoon, and I made a small program to help me speed up the renaming of the bout logs to the name of the competing boxers. I just finished it and it seems to be working properly (although the interface is REALLY ugly ). Okay off to the point, this will allow me to rename all bout logs in less than a minute, which means I can put them up faster now. I'll start uploading the missing rounds tommorow since I'm getting ready to go home now ![]()
