Heeney beat Peter Jackson? Yowzah. Comes as a big shock to me. That would give mvp to Mckey Walker, i think.

Well, I think Bob Foster or Edwin Rosario might not agree with you but yeah it probably should go to Mickey if he's gets though that nasty Middleweight Division undefeated.

I'm glad to see that the last of the former Muckboys I had cut have found new homes, Tommy Morrison should fit in perfectly with the whole get a KO or get KOed style HW style the Mexivilles use.

I look for CF and Def, with the exception of Hide and Moreno. I causes alot of close bouts but I'm in most of them. Jackson looks like he is past his prime now.

Congratulations, Bear on picking up that first win. It must be even sweeter since you're still stuck under the 95 cap. This has to be the biggest upset in UTBA history.

Staying in the North division is Catalion still alive, I don't remember seeing around the boards since well the draft.

I was going to wait until tomorrow to mention this but here it is. I sent Catalion a PM 5 days ago asking him to respond by Friday. If he doesn't respond tomorrow, the UTBA will drop his team from the league at the end of the season for lack of activity, release all of his fighters to the draft pool and replace his team with an expansion team from one of the 5 board members that have said they would like to participate in the UTBA. The reason for dropping a team due to inactivity is mainly the draft. If somebody is not around to draft when it is their turn, it just holds everybody else up and slows things down.
I know we have 5 guys willing to be active members of this league which brings me to my next question. Do we want to add 4 more expansion teams next season or leave the league at 16?

I don't have a problem with 4 more teams .. the more the merrier. Not like we can really run out of fighters since we can always start using user created fighters.

Congrats Bear on first win. Close race in my division only two points seperate me and the Crusaders, should be a great last match-up. You should do it like you do the playoffs .. in sections then post each section.

Well, I just checked Catalion's profile and he has been on the boards since August 31 so I'd say it's a safe bet that he wouldn't be answering your PM tomorrow.

As for the expansion issue if all 5 are still interested and are willing to keep up with the league let them in since all the divisions will still be balanced. The only problem is going to be that we'll burn though the database faster so you maybe we might want to start adding in board created fighters to pad out the numbers some.

I've got no problems with having another four teams in next year, just as long as we're not the first team to lose to any of them again

I think we can kiss the playoffs goodbye this season.

At least we've now got a record of sorts. We'll forever be remebered as the first team to lose to an expansion team

Man.......there's a lot of love for the commissioner here in this league.
First I'm a good guy saying I'm a good GM even though I don't have a team in the league and now its said I'm jinxing teams out of the playoffs.
Where's the blow, hookers and car bombs.
