Does anybody have a different rating for Samoa's Jimmy Thunder besides the "1" that I have? I'd appreciate it.

These two fighters have a combined amateur record of 92-1-0 with a whopping 79 KO's! We can only wonder when their paths will cross?

Which Samson 3K Battery are you using? Is it Chris's?

Galaxy will take Tingli Jockeygym in Aug.
He was rated 13. Did some sims and tried to find someone who would be in the 45-55 win range against Galaxy so we would be pretty evenly matched. Samson was around 55-60, but everyone else I tried was around 30-35.

Wanted to go with Fighting Harada who was a 10 and I ran 100 fights 3 times and the most he won was 28.

The Samson I have is a 13 as well so it seems we have the same file. I've been running the same sims and Samson has been taking 85-87 off of Galaxy. I even tried Meade's tweaked version of Galaxy and Samson still took 70-75 of him which is why I was asking which version you had to make sure I was simming against the right guy. I'm hoping your sims are more accurate then mine have been.

I did it twice and 3k won 57 & 59

Btown usually adjusts them a bit, he told me 3k would be a 12 in this uni. I will request now that he goes ahead and adjusts 3k but leaves Galaxy alone ... make it a little closer.

Yeah I just ran it 3 more times and it was a massacre ... if btown doesn't want to do it that way I will pick someone else to even it up some. I don't want to win that way LOL

Everyone else I pick even some 12's just gets destroyed by him. Gonna stick with 3k hopefully btown will adjust 3k like he planned and leave Galaxy alone.

Winslow is a hard-hitting, slugger from Los Angeles, CA, 6'5", 250.

Chambers is a fast, better defensively, with a little bit of pop, boxer from Atlanta, GA, 6'3", 235.

Winslow is rated higher than Chambers although the actual ratings will stay a mystery.

Here is a list of my fictional fighters (USA, you said you wanted to start in United States, correct?) that havent started their careers yet, not all are as highly rated as Chuck "No Doubt" Norton:

Kenny "Bomb City" Bates
Bruce "Iceman" Butler
Dwayne "D.D.T." Davidson
Mike "The Future" Frazier
Curtis "G-Shock" Graham
Leon "Jawbreaker" Jackson
Johnny "The Big Hurt" Lambert
Michael "Machine Gun" Masters
Bernard "Superbad" Mays
James "Hard Rock" Mitchell
Mike "Sting" Norris
Tony "Powerhouse" Page
Mark "Mac Truck" Rossman
James "Bull" Scott
James "Sniper" Snyder
Bernard "Too Sweet" Taylor
J.T. "Thunder" Thomas
Darrell "Tank" Thompson
Ceotis "Earthquake" Young
Marvin "Just Blaze" Johnson
Leonard "TNT" Davis
Mike "The Bomb" Cobb

As per request, both fighters will be rated evenly. Just no Don King protests after somebody loses to the other!

"The Dragon" conquers Russia...

Alexander Povetkin, Russia, 17-3-1 (11) vs Albert Sosnowski, Poland, 18-7-0 (11)

Olympisky Sport Hall, Moscow, Russia. "The Dragon" comes to Russia and brings the fight to the home-crowd favorite, 15-1, in the 1st. Povetkin takes control of the 2nd, 15-4, by trapping Sosnowski in the corner and landing some punches on the inside. Povetkin continues to push forward and lands a nice cross that stuns Sosnowski in the 3rd, 22-5. The 4th and 5th are slow-paced rounds, probably both going to Sosnowski because of his aggression. The pace has really slowed down in the middle rounds as we enter the 9th. I wonder if Povetkin has hurt his hand because he is just not throwing any punches. We are use to seeing him with a pretty high work rate, so something seems wrong. Both fighters are tired as we enter the 13th, but we have Sosnowski ahead right now. The fight started off with a lot of activity but both men did a lot of holding and never got back into a rhythm as the crowd continues to show their displeasure since the 10th round. We go to the cards.

Winner: Sosnowski
Result: (UD15)
Cards: 143-142, 143-142, 144-141, all three cards in favor of Sosnowski
Punch stats: 295-848, 34.8% Sosnowski - 228-1017, 22.4% Povetkin

Nice bounce-back win for Honeyghan...

Lloyd Honeyghan, UK, 9-2-0 (7) vs Dennis Bakhtov, Kazakhstan, 9-3-0 (6)

Braehead Arena, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, United Kingdom. The "Ragamuffin Man" unleashes a violent storm of punches, 27-0, and Bakhtov is lucky to just survive the opening three minutes. Honeyghan takes the 2nd and puts Bakhtov down in the 3rd, 24-4, with a combo to the head and body. Bakhtov takes the 5th and the 6th is very close. Honeyghan is on the attack once again and Bakhtov is unable to continue as the fight is stopped at the 2:13 mark of the 7th round. This was a very nice showing from Honeyghan and a good bounce-back win.

Winner: Honeyghan
Result: (TKO7)
Cards: 59-53, 58-55, 59-53, all in favor of Honeyghan
Punch stats: 85-264, 32.2% Bakhtov - 245-472, 51.9% Honeyghan
