We have not heard from him since early August. I do hope that all is well with Scot.

So he's not involved in the beta testing anymore?

If so, I hope he's okay, too. Hopefully he's just been really busy or perhaps is a little "burnt out" on TBCB.

Guys, I'm looking for a good MMA simulator to download, sort of like MMA's answer to Title Bout, and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions.

Also, just thought I'd let you guys know, I've just joined an on-line American football league, using a game called Front Page Sports Football Pro. It's ran by a mate of mine and has been going for a number of seasons. I inherited a team called the Washington Olympians near the end of the season. We won the Star Bowl, though I didn't really have to do anything. Now the hard work starts
It's currently pre-season and I'm negotiating with players already on my roster, and also trying to sign some free agents before the draft. I must admit to knowing next to nothing about American Football, though it's great fun learning. I'll let you know as the season progresses.

This one is the best one that I've seen. It isn't on the same level as TBCB but it's not bad. Greydog Software is release World of Mixed Martial Arts in Dec and it is suppose to have one of the most detailed sim engines for MMA yet but it is more of a you run the org type game so I don't know if it would suit your purposes.

Night Stalker: The best show ever canceled after one season.

My favourite shows:

At the top of the list would be Seinfeld, The Simpsons (up to season eight) and Doctor Katz, Professional Therapist.

Other shows I've enjoyed

Malcolm In The Middle
NYPD Blue
Crime Story (a brilliant Michael Mann series set in Chicago in the '60s that starred Dennis Farina but was cancelled after just two seasons)
Frasier
Friends
CSI
The Sopranos
Futurama
24
Married With Children
M*A*S*H
Survivor
The Wonder Years
Cheers
Big Cat Diary (a BBC doco about the lions, cheetahs and leopards of Kenya's Masai Mara)
The Cosby Show
ALF
Happy Days
Family Ties
Growing Pains
Who's The Boss
Star Trek: The Next Generation
I'll Fly Away
Spin City
The Muppet Show

Cartoons I watched as a youngster

The Transformers
Robotech
Top Cat
The Flintstones
The Wacky Racers
Thundercats
Silverhawks
Fat Albert

That's all I can remember at the moment.

Deinitely loved Top Cat and Flintstones (long ended and on tape I believe by the time I saw them), Wacky Racers too . . .Fat Albert was new when I watched, but it was a Sat. staple for me. Also, Scooby Doo, and the Bugs Bunny/Road Runner hour . . .truly a classic

Have been facinated for years by a cartoon called the Shmoo . . . through the vast power of the interweb, I have just learned it only aired for seven episodes in fall of '79. The Shmoo however did made some appearances with the new Flintstones in the early 80s.

I liked almost every show you listed, Bear! Also Gunsmoke, the Lawman, Daniel Boone, Peter Gunn, Sgt. Preston, The RCMP (local show), The Outer Limits, Twilight Zone, The Andy Griffith Show, Get Smart, The Man from UNCLE, Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea, Mission Impossible, Radisson (a kind of French-Canadian Daniel Boone), Wild Wild West, etc. etc.

I find I watch a lot of PBS shows now, both local and American stations. I mentioned to my wife that I've noticed that the characters are more my age.

Indeed he was! When I was about six, I had a Yankee Doodle Pigeon board game where you had to get by Mr Dastardly, Mutley, the big goon and the dope with the long sleeves and goggles (I've forgotton both of their names) to get the mail through to headquarters.

We used to have a Wacky Racers board game where you controlled one of the cars from the show and race around the board against the other cars. It was like snakes and ladders in that you could be penalised for landing on certain squares. Lots of fun. Just found a shot of it on the net, actually...

If there was a western on TV my dad and I watched it. Gunsmoke was on for so long I'd say I liked the original show and cast. Man From Uncle was a cool show.

Very cool, I had that too. I was kind of young and barely remember that pic, but that was it. I remember the little stands the two-sided cardboard car pics went in.

I had a fun weekend watching sports.

Red Sox pummel Indians three times.

Kimi Raikkonen wins improbable World Championship.

UConn 21, Louisville 17.

Good times!
