H.o.b.o.
The Heroes Of Boxing Universe makes its return from the dead. I just bought TBCB 2.5 today. All my original work was done on TBCB 1 so I am starting this universe fresh and with different rules. Overall the universe will be very similar but with the auto aging and other new features it will be more simply run. The first update will be posted later this week and more regular updates from then on. The HOBO will be less like professional wrestling in the future, ofcourse all sub stories will not be cut out.
The fighters: I will continue using the fighters in historical order as before. I will use all weight classes eventually as more fighters arrive. The titles: I will be using the true titles of todays boxing.

Its the year 1895 and we are now planning to award the first title belt. The initial year of fights was 1890, the tomato cans put up some tough competition but the real stars managed to shine through. We have chosen 4 fighters from the 8 original weight classes based upon WBC rankings to fight for the title in a single elimination tournament beginning January 1895. After the title tournament we will begin our regular schedule of fight cards. Each fight card will consist of 3 H.O.B.O. fights and 3 club level fights. Now we introduce the fighters involved in this title tourney.
HW John L. Sullivan 16-0-0 (13) Peter Jackson 18-2-0 (13) Hank Griffin 14-1-2 (11) George "OC" Godfrey 16-3-1 (11) LHW Bob Fitzsimmons 20-1-0 (20) Joe Choynski 21-0-0 (16) Joe Butler 13-2-1 (2) Dick Ellis 13-5-2 (6) MW Jack Dempsey 21-0-0 (12) John Banks 22-1-1 (12) Charles Turner 21-0-0 (16) Dan Creeden 18-1-2 (13) WW Joe Walcott 19-0-0 (3) Mysterious Billy Smith 18-0-0 (8) Tommy Ryan 16-0-0 (11) Young Corbett 17-1-0 (9) LW Bobby Dobbs 21-0-1 (12) Billy Hill 21-0-1 (12) Arthur Chambers 17-0-1 (5) Jack McAuliffe 19-0-0 (13) FW Young Griffo 16-0-1 (4) Dummy Winters 12-2-4 (5) Jimmy Dime 10-3-2 (6) Martin Flaherty 7-5-4 (2) BW Casper Leon 17-1-3 (6) Johnny Murphy 15-1-0 (2) Billy Plimmer 18-2-0 (4) Ike Weir 16-2-0 (3) FLY Eddie Avery 11-6-4 (5) Young Berry 8-6-5 Alf Gower 10-10-4 (2) Frank Donovan 11-11-6 (1)

Middleweight Round 1
January 4, 1895 Jack Dempsey 21-0-0 (12) v/s Dan Creedon 18-1-2 (13) Creedon came in undertrained and you could really tell it. He was carrying his arms low after the first round. Dempsey outlanded Creedon 420-120 through 11.5 rounds. Dan Creedon gets a DQ victory John Banks 22-1-1 (12) v/s Charles Turner 21-0-0 (16) This fight was very close through the first three rounds.
