UTBA II League rule changes.........
With the restart of the UTBA.....now is the chance to change any rules that we didn't like in the old version.
The minor league system was put into place before the UTBA folded and never had a chance to be put into league play. So I don't know if this was a good thing or not.

I liked the Minor Leagues but truthfully it was something the league didn't really need so I'm going to vote against it.

I figured I would be in the serious minority here, but that's cool.
Frankly, I loved the idea of the minor leagues. The one thing I would say is that, if this passes, and we drop the minor league system, we don't change our minds 3-4 seasons from now. I wouldn't want to be in the position again where some teams have gone into rebuilding mode and then the re-introduction of a minor league system screws things up for them.
