UTBA II League rules.......Poll number 2

The UTBA individual scoring in team matches have always been:
  • 3 points for a KO/TKO win
  • 2 points for a win by decision or DQ
  • 1 point for a draw
  • 0 points for a loss
  • -1 point for a DQ loss

I voted yes, but I have some reservations. There's always a chance that you'll get bad decisions plus, what if a fighter wins a bout by a single point on all three cards? Is that deserving of an extra point in the scoring of the overall matchup?

Perhaps this could be reserved for clear cut decisions, such as where each judge favours the winner by at least eight points.

I vote no as even with UDs only worth 2 points it didn't hurt boxers that much. Iceteaboxing and the Crusaders were both able to take home championships and be very dominant with mostly boxers on the roster and very few KOs.

I voted yes as I'd really love to see this rule implemented. It will put good, technical boxers like Willie Pep on an even footing with your bangers like George Foreman.
