This was a bit unexpected to me. Not necessarily the win but the difference in points.

A bit ironic that Itti-Anuchit beat the new poster boy of Mike's franchise. Imo Itti-Anuchit is a good fighter and that Lee was very fortunate to get him for free. He is one of those low rated fighters that performs at a regular basis without tying up to much of the salary space. Had he been on my team, I would have kept him as long as he was performing the way he does. Other similar fighters that comes to mind are Nichols and Gannigan. I actually made Mike an offer once for Saleman but the timing was wrong as he wasn't prepared to do business at that time. Then Lee picks him up for free just under my nose.

Duran will bounce back though. He will be scary once he ages a little.

Anyway, good win Lee.

A win! I guess it's a start, but still some very inconsistant fighting out of the Juggernaut squad.

Have to admit I am quite surprise as well. I was fortunate to pick up Anuchit and I have a couple of others that are performing above value for me in Paul Hodkinson and especially Tim Austin. Who would have thought that Terry McGovern would be the 2nd best BW on his own team?

I now regret trading away Itti-Aanuchit and was hoping to pick him up through waivers during the off season - only to find out that he was the most-requested waiver wire pick. 4,5 & 6 rated guys that consistantly over-produce are the backbone of a successful team.

(Although, it seems like Joe Symonds has fallen back to earth in Season 2)

I think my team was asleep during the first half. Asleep on the canvas!

Nice win, Thunder! The Binks can come close, but no cigar when we meet your Ringers! Guess Jersey Jim has the cigar market cornered!

Nice win, Hugh! 2-2 is a good beginning, and I'm that after a great start. Hope 2-8 isn't on the Bink horizon!

All is well. I hope to get them out tonight or tomorrow. Yesterday I was busy shoveling snow/slush out of my driveway and smashing ice off my house with a hammer (in the driving rain/sleet/snow) to try and get rid of a leak over my livingroom bay window and upstairs bathroom window.

One corner of my house was covered with about 1" of solid ice, including 2"+ of ice on top of the bay window. At least once you are wet, you can't get any wetter...

Also, at least two of my neighbors had the same problem, so I didn't feel so bad climbing my extension ladder in the rain/sleet/snow to smash the ice. Misery loves company.

Ouch, that sucks man I feel for ya.

We had a nice bright sunny day down here, about 70ish all day. Man, I love living in Florida.

I also feel for you Dave, as we had more than a foot of snow on friday, and it continued to snow through the weekend.
