Well, I sort of see it missing a huge shot. An inch can be the difference between the breeze going by or the lights going out

I'll award the trade around 4 PM CST when I'm home from work. Need to double check the rosters so I don't mess up.

Ha! It's been a while. The boys had to scramble to find the number to jingle at the commish's office.

It's not like you haven't tried. You made an offer for Belloise that I turned down.

Was that last season? These things run together in my mind.

I think that the only deal Hebron has actually done in the UTBA II is the one for Nunn. As for UTBA I - I can't even begin to remember all the trades that went down.

It was last season and you made the deal for Nunn shortly thereafter.

Yeah,in my moment of utter disgust with last season,I moved Nunn, and while Downes has performed admirably in his stint with Left Jab,looking back that is a move that I would not do again..though I did garner some draft choices that helped a bit. Good luck on the deal guys..not that you two need any good luck. Peace fellas.

LOL,actually probably more the Redskins than the way my boys went out..to the Sheagles no less! They dont deserve to be near the playoffs after a performance like that. Ugh. Maybe my boys can stay healthy next year and a training camp with Roy Williams(WR)and Romo to get on the same page may help. We had one helluva good draft last year and all the rookies got to see significant playing time so that can only help down the line. I think its just a matter of staying healthy, developing rhythm and confidence which they did not have at all after Romo and Felix went down. Everyone is blaming Wade but I dont think he forgot how to coach in one season...the big time money players have to play like big time players.

There's a balance between the present and tomorrow. You don't want to front load or back load your team's chances .

I don't blame you for moving Nunn. He has bad luck in every universe - included ours!

The waivers are now closed. 3rd round action in the waivers....

Left Jab Inc. claims FW (8)Davey Kotey 8-11-1 (2) *pre-prime

and releases......FW (8)Antonio Esparragoza 11-20-1 (4) *pre-prime

Free Agent pool, waiver ranks and the Jab's roster have been updated.

Good luck to all hoping to make a push towards the playoffs in the last week of Inter-Conference play.

Who is the lucky team that gets to boost its playoff chances by taking on the Binks? Hmm, it is you, Scot! Excellent scheduling, my friend!

I really hate to say it let alone put it in print.........but I'll be rooting for the Sooners Thursday night.

My three brother-in-laws and myself will be watching the game together. They are all from Oklahoma and big Sooner fans. They all watched the Gator Bowl and cheered with me on January 1st, so I'll return the favor. I just hope your Sooners don't nut up for a 5th straight bowl game. That will give the Big 12 a bad name.
I am starting to wonder if they are ever going to win another big game, and it hurt to lose a couple of those games, as I have a healthy dislike for USC in particular.

I noticed I've neglected my stat duties. I haven't posted the top 20 ranks for week 6. Reason, I've been working on a universe for the past 2 months and I'm so close to starting it off I just plain forgot. Anyway, I'm going to start week 7 tonight first (just looked at the schedule, poor Kangaroos) and I'll get the top 20 out very late tonight (maybe early morning).
