Nice win Will. As predicted, Tomato City gets pounded, but not by as much as it could have been. I need a better showing next week against Left Jab Inc. in order to stay competitive this season.

At least Eugene Crique has started to contribute with a win and a draw. I was hoping for a surpise win against Gatti, but it didn't happen.

Yeah a big match for both of us. Hard to get a handle on what kind of team I have just yet. I have been competitive if nothing else. Only time will tell. Good luck(after next week of course)with the rest of the season.

Records........

Two more new league records to report involving team matches.

The St.Louis Sluggers and Suffolk Dusk Owls tied four other teams for most draws in a team match.

The Bonner Springs Bald Beavers shattered the record for most TKO/Ud Wins in a team match with 15. The old record was 11 held by three teams.

I really didn't want to be hung from the nearest tree and report the score especially after that pulled pork lunch.

Bout results are running a little late tonight. Ever been in one of those moods where you don't feel like typing?

Just a note..........the Bald Beavers and Stockholm's Finest are the first two teams this week to win at home.

Thank's Mike. Close one indeed. I guess I should be happy that it was decided to go with 3,5 for a ko win (I opposed it) Jimmy Carruthers made statement facing his old team. We'll get him next time. Unbeliavable week for Tom Thomas with two wins against some stiff competition. Arbachakov delivered as we are used to see him also.

Good luck to Shane and the Kangaroos over the rest of the season.
I had hoped that The Hitmen could have held their own against Matt's guys though.

That looks like a top chef btw!! A bit hard to understand him though. I guess Kermit complained about the food.

Thanks Tommy. Congratulations on a fine win in a nail-biter. Best Wishes to your team for the rest of the season.

Cheers,

Congratulations to the Bald Beavers on the shellacking they gave us. Disastrous start to the season for the Hitmen.

At least your boys have something in common with mine Ian. Trying to be positive, I suppose things can only get better.

I received my package in the mail Lee. Let me just say that was the difference maker in the second half even though my wife threw it in the trash.

Good win Steve. My boys made a hell of a comeback in the second half but came up short. The difference maker in my eyes was the lightweight fight between Mancini and Genaro Hernandez. Boom Boom was ahead on all the cards after 10 and then the bout was stopped in the 11th due to a cut above Mancini's eye.

Doesn't this ref know that a little blood doesn't scare him none.

Anyway.....Nebraska remains winless on the season and we are eyeballing Chilton's infamous record.
