Looks like my match will be next and the Punching bags pose some match-up problems. I will absolutely need all the wins where my Fighters are ranked higher and then have to hope for an upset or two in either the LHW, MW or LW divisions.

How could he lose? His ringcard girl was distracting all the Puching Bags fighters!

Congratulations, Lee!

A disappointing loss, but not as bad as it was looking after the first half.

Since we don't have a waiver wire, when will week two start?

No waiver wire so I'll leave the door open for 2 or 3 days for trades. I doubt there will be any but this will give Romultiltus some time to compile his stats. It will also give me a few to take care of some loose ends.

This will also give Dave and I a chance to double check my math on the scoring of the bouts.

Week two will start no later than May 30, 2008. Hopefully a day earlier.

The rosters, standings and the schedule with links to the team matches have all been updated.

Good job with week one Sal. Very exciting week with a lot of very close matches. Some surprises with some very good fighters going 0-2 and vice versa..some underrated guys going undefeated in week one. I guess it will take a few weeks to see seperate the contenders from the pretenders but with all these close games it just could stay cluttered throughout the season. I just hope I can stay afloat. Very interesting first week. Good to have the UTBA up and flying again!

I should have the stats done sometime tonight after I get home from work.

(Unless, of course,Romy has put out a hit on me after his Muckboys limped back home to Florida)

Obviously losing to Lee has set up the new version of the Punching Bags for an era of unprecendented league domination.... well done Lee, thought my team would match up better than that.
