For Javier - Mexican fighters in the LBA

Adding the 1940's and the 70's to the LBA added a lot of Mexican fighters to the fold ... here is a list along with their current records.

Salvador Sanchez will join in 1915 ... probably almost a year real time off though.

Carlos Zarate started in 1970 ... I started adding from 1972 ... he will have to wait. Just like my boy Arguello who started in 1968
