Here is the UTBA-II Season 3 Draft order, based on Season 2 results.

The order was determined as follows:

• Draft Positions 1-16 were determined by Team Total Points Scored during the regular season by the 16 non-playoff teams. The team with the lowest point total is awarded the overall #1 pick. The team with the highest point total is awarded the #16 pick.

• Draft Positions #17-20 were determined by adding the Team Total Points scored during the regular added to the points scored during the Divisional Playoffs by the 4 Divisonal Playoff round losers. The team with the lowest point total is awarded the #17 pick. The team with the highest point total is awarded the #20 pick.

• Draft Positions #21 & 22 were determined by adding the Team Total Points scored during the regular season to the points scored during the Divisional Playoffs and the Conference Championships by the 2 Conference Championship round losers. The team with he lower point total is awarded the #21 pick. The team with the higher point total is awarded the #22 pick.

• Draft Position #23 is awarded to the UTBA-II Championship Runner-Up (no points calculation necessary)

• Draft Position #24 is awarded to the Season 3 UTBA-II Team Champion (no points calculation necessary)

I completely forgot about the draft by ratings setup that we started this season, I would much prefer to see a draft pool and just draft specific fighters. I guess the way we are doing it now is much easier, but I just can not get into it at all.

One thing that might help Dave is to set an exact time when a persons pick should be made(5-10 minutes apart) otherwise running the draft could take up a whole weekend.
