I will try and run 1 waiver round per day, with the last one ending Sunday morning. When the last waiver round closes, everyone must be at the 105-cap limit.

NOTE: I have to work some OT both tonight and Wednesday night. I'm hoping to resolve all of the wavier requests before I head out tonight for work.
