The only conditon is that boxer ended his career in 1999.

The winner gets to beat the living tapeworm out of Roger's rectum.

I need thirty two names of quality boxers, who ended their carreers in the last centruy.
The first 32 names get in the tournament.

I have already created Roger, and he is a definite....1.

Henry Cooper, might have been Heavyweight Champion of The World,
when he fought Cassius Clay, had it not been for a torn glove.
