After posting that I noticed Fryer had a little bit of a "home ring" advantage. His PM rating was zero. He is a 6 overall but it probably helped out a lot that from 34-72 he clinched and the opponent was never allowed to counter. I'm sure there is a Ricky Hatton analogy in there somewhere LOL.

Through 19 fights he had landed 96.6% of his punches .. not sure where the missed punches happened though.

LW Sammy Meyers lost to Chicago Dave Barry to drop to 1-7-1. That may qualify him as the worst 4 rated fighter in the LBA.

Wow that is pretty bad for a 4 rated fighter. Roman Greenberg in my uni i think is rated a 6 and he has lost a couple fights to TCs as well as a drawn with a couple of others.

He is 1-4 against TC's.

Then he lost to another pre-prime 4, a prime 3, and a prime 4 so that isn't horrible but the 1-4 against TC's ???

November 1, 1912

Title Fight

BW - Johnny Coulon (CH) (34-4-2) scored a close MD15 over Dave Sullivan (5/8) (24-5-1) for his 4th defense of the WBA BW title.

Coulon was the more accurate fighter all night landing 47.1% of his shots, but Sullivan was busier and the ones he did land hurt Coulon.

There were no knockdowns or cuts in the fight. Sullivan rallied to win the last two rounds. I had it 145-142 for Coulon, while the official judges saw it 145-142/143-143/144-142.

Other Fights

BW - Monte Attell (3/3) (23-7-2) DRAW12 Harry Forbes (8/6) (25-19-8) 114-114 (Forbes at post)

Title Fight

WW - Terry Martin (5/5) (25-5-1) scored a TKO10 over Albert Badoud (19/25) (15-1) (rolled to fight at prime) for his third defense of the EBU WW title.

Martin dominated the action knocking Badoud down in the 2nd and the 10th. Badoud's right eye was swollen shut (dark maroon) by the time the ref stepped in to stop it.

Badoud was reduced to swinging for a KO by the 7th round. I had 87-83 at the stoppage.

Other fights

WW - Al Neill (20/18) (14-12-4) UD10 Paddy Duffy (39/45) (21-20-4) (Duffy at post, fell to end after the fight)

MW - Georges Bernard (UR) (11-0) TKO2 Battling Connors (99/club) (5-10-3) 10-10 (both fighters at pre for the fight, Connors drops to club with the loss)

FW - Todo Moran (UR) (9-0-3) DRAW8 Billy Ross (club) (10-17-3) 76-76 (Moran at pre for this club fight, second draw in a row between the two)

The LBA has packed it's bags and moved over to TBCB2.5.

At the end of 1912 the LBA will add more regional titles and also add some fictional fighters. Fictional fighters will always be noted as such.

Currently debating on how high of ratings they will be allowed to have.

Now that we can easily generate them, I've actually gone the opposite way and decided not to use any tomato cans at all - go figure

LOL ... I think I will use them to round out regions. Doubt you will see any fictional fighters in my uni from America or England.
