Kuniaki Shibata
Was looking over Vincente Saldivar in boxrec and he lost his title to Shibata, it was only one of his three losses.
Shibata is rated only a 1 in TBCB pretty low for a guy who ended up 47-6 and beat some top fighters. Anyone want to take a stab at re-rating him? |

Gotta agree ...

Drew with Ernesto Marcel (9Fe). Lost to Villaflor, Clemente Sanchez (5Fe), Alfredo Escalera (10JL) and Dwight Hawkins (5Fe). He had a suspect chin, but could take a lot of punishment and was steady in most other aspects. Hardly seems to be as low as a one. I'll post my revision shortly ... Edit: Here's the file.
