No, that won't work.

What you need to do is this:

Down load the file

You may want to save it in a folder.

Open the fighter screen in your game. There is a menu tab on the right hand of the page. Open it and select import files. A screen will popup. Go to the location where you placed the file you want to add to your game. Select the file. You'll be asked if you want to upload the file. Say yes. You'll be asked if you wan to overwrite. Say no. You'll be asked if you want to import history. Answer with no.

File will be imported into your game.

You can import groups of fighter files too. That's when you use the don't ask this again option and apply it to whichever question comes up.
