I have stopped for a bit because I lost a lot of my ratings due to that damn "ratings bug." I have been trying to recover all my files. I didnt save all my created files for some reason, sometimes I go from one fighter to the next without remembering to export. Sorry to all those who keep checking in, but I will try to get back to it as I recover all my files.

Sorry to those loyal board members and more specifically, HW enthusiasts, that are looking for more HW files. I hope this will make up for the time that I haven't been uploading. I am not done with the alphabet, but I wanted to put a couple of zipped files here. Let me preface this before I upload:

- I am in no means an expert ratings person. I have enjoyed many of Icetea's and Rocco's creations, but these are quickly (although it did take some time) made fighter files, specifically for countries and regions that are desolate and need boxers. I run only a HW universe, so there are a lot of countries that need files. I hadn't planned on posting these, (a board member recently asked me for these so I changed my mind) but I know that I have enjoyed the close to or over 3000 HWCW created files that I have downloaded on this forum and I figured that a lot of you would feel the same.

- One of my universe rules is that a country can only have a local country title if it has a minimum of 50 fighters. As you can imagine, a country like Puerto Rico will have a lot of created files that are scrubs or tomato cans, but they are real fighters taken from boxrec. When I first started making the files, I did not put boxrec i.d. #'s, so there will be a few that are missing those. Most, however, have them. I created these files using the data I found at boxrec and just used my interpretation. If you dont like them, feel free to make adjustments.

- The Kazakhstan fighters were put in my EBU (European) region at first, but I recently put them into my ICBA (Asian, Middle East) region.

- Shane Cameron and Oleg Platov will be overrated. I know Icetea has Platov at a "4". I havent personally seen him fight, but I have him higher because I had to create a ton of Ukrainian fighters to have a local title. He is still undefeated and highly ranked, so I have him highly ranked accordingly as of now. Do with them as you please.

- Lastly, I hope you enjoy these and once again, adjust them as you please!
