felix savon bug work around

I once experienced the dreaded Felix savon but and consequently do not have him in my database. If someone that has a working Savon could take the time to fill his ratings into the Print Fighter Creation sheet and post it to this thread those of us who have experienced the bug could create a fighter with the data and rename him (Felix Novas or Savon Felix) as a work around the bug.

I agree with your idea Bear. I would still like to have a Felix Savon in my HW database...I would just try to experiment with names to see which one would work. I am thinking of Felix Savan or F. Savon. I like Bear's idea of just switching the first and last name - Savon Felix. Could somebody please take the time to post the individual ratings so that we can each create our own Savon file? Hopefully Vistaman still has the ratings that he used and can post them here. Thanks btown32.

Just wanted you to know that I copied the Teofilo Stevenson file in a generic db, then changed the name to Felix Savan and it didnt freeze. I then changed all the bio data and exported him to my uni's. It worked fine. Just don't know what the ratings should be, so I will just keep Stevenson's ratings until, hopefully, someone posts his ratings and then I will change them. Hope this helps.

There was a Savon file that had been corrupted. If you had the file in your game, the game would freeze when the file was selected. Even work arounds that deleted the file in the database didn't work. Any attempt to creat new files named Felix Savon would also freeze the game.

I took Marks info and created a fighter named El Gato Cubano as a work around because even file named Navos and Novas also froze things for me.

I used the info and created a file under the name Felix Savan with an "a" instead of Savon with an "o" and it has been working fine.
