Career stage beginning

Hello to all of you.. I can't speak english so well, but I will try to explain you my problem..
when I build a new universe I want to set all Career Stage's of my boxer's at "Beginning", but this takes a lot of time cause I don't know how to do this automaticly? Can anyone help me? Thanks

You have to do them one by one.

A 'batch" change function is high on a lot of wishlists for the next version.
