Yep. The images need to be in your TBCB directory's "\Images\Flags" folder. They should be .PNG files named flag_[countryname].png (e.g. flag_afghanistan.png). Make sure the name of the country is exactly the name of the nation (without any spaces). The flags must have 32-bit color depth and 30-by-20 pixels.

I have the full version...where is the directory "\Images\Flags"folder? I must be missing something.

The simple way to find it: use the windows search function. Search for a file named "flag_afghanistan.png" and you should have the correct directory, which is full of flags. Maybe your TBCB setup is a bit different than mine.
