First: Right click on the pic you want to download from this site and save it to your hard drive. [Remember where you saved it ] Then these fighter pictures simply go into your Title Bout folder under images>fighters. This is where I find it on my computer on my C: drive. C:\Program Files\Out of the Park Developments\Title Bout Championship Boxing\Images\Fighters The fighter pic is placed there [you can just drag it into the folder]...now make sure your fighters name is the same as the name for the picture..and it should show up for that fighter. Since new pics keep popping up I have just right clicked on my fighter folder and dragged it to my desktop and created a short cut to open up that file easily whenever I want to add a new pic. Or you can just wait until cubedrum updates his file and that will automatically put them in the right folder for you. Either way-enjoy the game Last edited by LeeSkye : 02-16-2004 at 12:34 PM. |

Thanks Jofre for the pic of Charley Belanger. He's the Canadian Light-Heavyweight Champ in my universe and it's nice to put a face with him. Also thanks the rest of you guys for all the great pictures...epecially of Meyer Christner and Elzear Rioux, who are also active in my 30's universe.

Jofre rules.
He sends me photos for the old archive almost every day. Cube

Jofre, thanks for the Belanger. One of the tough ones to find. I found more than a dozen new fighter pics at the US Library of Congress site. There are over 800 pics, but most guys have multiple shots. Jack Munroe has six or seven. Several of Tom Sharkey. Most boxing pics seem to be pre-1920. Seems to me there was a scandal in boxing that shut down the sport in Chicago for a time.

Rocco,
I like Irfan View. It's pretty flexible and easy to use. You can download it here: Irfan View If that link doesn't work, try: Irfan View Last edited by Mark42661 : 02-17-2004 at 09:44 PM. |

I used Irfan view on about 99.5% of the photos in the Cube archive. I used photoshop only on the ones I had to clean up pixel by pixel, or for the free rotate function. Other than that Irfan view covers it. Free and simple to use.

Thanks, Jofre. I had just got a picture of Charley
Belanger that I received from someone at the Canadian Sports Hall of Fame after reading the earlier post from Cap, but this is a superior photo.I have to do something as I have been constantly frustrated so far in trying to purchase the game, despite the help from Andreas and staff.Wish me luck. Greg

Jofre, it appears as if my problem has been solved, and I will be able to purchase the game in
a few days, possibly today.I work odd hours as I work in a National newsroom here in Toronto, and have been here for 20 years, almost as long as I have been associated with this game, as I have owned every version. Greg

(Hey, that worked pretty well)
OK, folks! Be on the lookout for Stanley Poreda, US heavyweight of the 1930s. This boid is a tough get, even harder than Belanger. He's considered armed (He had two) and potentially dangerous. Approach with caution. Cap
