The New Jersey State Department of Corrections would have Boston's. Igo's will be hard to come by too. Izeqwire should be fairly easy to find since he was a champion briefly.

I always look at the quality of the boxers on his record. In the case of Dminquez, they are pretty good. He defeated Kobozev and others. If someone was a champion, at anytime in his carrer, I boost the rating just a bit.

Kobozev has an impressive list of fighters on his record....John Ruiz being one of them.
