The cub.exe file (not the photo file) on cubedrums website, where do you extract those files to (exact location) after I download this file to the desktop.

If you just double click the file it will automatically extract a DB folder into your game. Then go to your options page and switch to CubesDB. Everything will work then.

If anyone is missing images outside of cubedrums excellent photo pack, post them and i'll have a scout around. The two I am struggling with are Kirkland Laing and Chong Pal Park.

Thanks for all tour time and effort!

If I just unzip your photos to the proper folder in the game will they be assigned to the correct fighter or do I need to assign them individually?

Great effort Cube!

Would it be possible to split up the photo pack into weight classes? Just wondering.

I began to DL it but stopped because it would have taken 7 hours to complete.

Rick,
The 2 files are executables that will extract the photos and database exactly where they need to be. Then just switch to my database from the options page. Hit the dropdown menu where it likely says myDB. Just select CubesDB and you're ready to fight. All photos associated to the proper fighter. (With a few exceptions as I'm finding out. The photo of Sandy Saddler is actually Ike Williams. Here's a new one. Thanks to Dan Couco again.)

Cube Man..I think that did the trick what I did I download the cube.exe to the part of the game that had the db1 and two..when it downloaded I double clicked on the cube icon..it created its own folder..inside that folder there is a bunch of stuff for the game.

Guess what things should I see when I fight a match with your new cube.exe file that set as my default under the options menu in the main screen?

Cube..I have to hand it to you..I just dont know how you were able to pull this project off. It is great.. I know not all fighters have photos but heck over 2,000.

One suggestion..the most famous boxer of all..Ali..you only have his old Clay photo. Since Ali is represented by three fighter cards is it possible to pull a jpg file when he fought Frazier for two of the other Ali cards. This older Ali in the 70's is the fighter I most remember..not the one out of the Olympics...thanks Cube again for a fantastic addition to this game.

There are 3 Ali photos in the pack. One is listed under Cassius Clay. There are little white arrows that appear on a fighter's photo when there are more than one photo available for that fighter. Just click them to cycle through all the photos.

Thanks for the response..getting back to the cube.exe file..what are some of things I should be seeing with your new file when I fighting or using the game in general.

Over 2000 corrections to spelling, boxrec references, DOB corrections, left/right data. Now the game is really picky about what you name your photos, so you need the spelling corrections to properly display all the photos. I'm finding a few errors in the new DB but I'll correct and post here so people can either get the updated database or enter by hand into their own.

If you don't use the new database a bunch of fighters won't show up in your game. Boxrec has it spelled Vitali and so does my photo.

i installed the database then the photo pack and did not have him. if i install database again will it work?

Hi Cube, did you ever look for a picture of Chong Pal Park? He was around for years but I can't find a pic anywhere.

Andy,
Now you need to go to the options tab. There's a button on the extreme lower right of the main screen. Hit this button. Then on the options page, click the drop down menu where it says myDB. Choose CubesDB from the menu. Restart your game and then all the photos should work. I hope this works for you.

I just wanted to thank everyone for their interest in my add-on. Over 200 DLs in only 4 days! The first update will be coming soon. I've been receiving so many submissions in my email that It won't be 4 weeks, but more like a couple of days. Many thanks to Jofre, Markmoe, Shane and Crusadecat!
Some of the database errors will be corrected at this time also. Perfect someday! I'll list the errors here also in case anyone wants to correct by hand without overwriting anything.
