Open Bout log

New player here and this doesn't seem to work. Do I need to change a setting?

Note: I can manually go into the history folder on my hard drive and see them (of course they all have alphanumeric filenames that make this undesirable).

Anyway, can anyone help?

do you save the bout log after the fight??

Most were autoscheduled. When I fought one bout at a time and was sure to click it after each bout, but seemingly to no avail.
