New Computer

I just purchased a new computer. Of course I want to move my TBCB to my new computer. I no longer have the authorization code that I got when I purchased the game. Is that a problem? Can I just copy everything over on my external hard drive or do I need to do an install on my new computer? Has anyone done this before?

I have a fight card up right now so I can't say for sure but I believe your e-license # is at the bottom of the main screen along with what version you are playing. it'll start with VT.

Also in your program folder there should be a receipt text document that has it in there also. Make sure you go to your e-license control in your control panel and unlicense the game before putting it on your new computer. When I got my new computer I copied the entire TBCB2 folder and moved it to the new one and then just redownloaded the game.

Thanks

thanks a bunch. Yes as soon as I started the thread it dawned on me that the license was on the title screen. Pardon my "oh duh". New computers are such fun but they are sure a lot of work.

Chaleyit or Anyone for that matter.
Maybe you have heard of those software programs that allow you to make a back up or ghost copy of your hard drive. I have tried quite a few of these. The best one I think is called NTI DRIVE BACKUP 4 its very simple to use and has never made any mistakes for me anyway.

In fact if you make a total backup of your drive and have our game licensed on it. When your computer goes wrong and you put back on your recovery disk, drive backup 4 will give you your licence back as the program at the time made an exact copy of your drive as it was.

The web address in case you need it is below The product you want is at the bottom of the page.

All Is Well

Just wanted to thank you for your comments and suggestions. I migrated to the new box today and it was smooth as silk. At least as far as TBCB was concerned. So it's off to the gym to don the gloves
