Career Phase - mass conversion

I have something like 9000 fighters now in TBCB all with various career phases. I'd like to convert them all to beginners. Is there an automated way to convert all of the fighters in a DB to a specific career phase? Or will I need to convert each one manually?

I believe the only way to do it is manually. I do it as they enter my uni
