Ratings Reset

I decided to retire some guys and reset their ratings. Problem is when you do that they end up with 1,000 perf points and it's easy to miss this. The game really needs options for global changes that don't leave you with more things that need fixing.

Hope good ol' Andreas is busy working on this in his spare time.

another database?

Seems to me if you are un-retiring guys from your uni and want to re-set their ratings the best thing to do would be to start a new universe.

Reconsidering, this may be the same bug ...

I was looking for something else today when I re-read this and believe I may have mispoke. The issue Cap described is similar to a PP related problem I and others have reported, which would be that new boxers coming into a Uni (whether imported or reset or from other sources) will have initial Perf Pts at three different levels: 0, 200 (which is what I think is supposed to be the default) or 1000. The fact that initial boxers start out with different PP numbers will throw off the rankings which are apparently based on the pre-fight points differential much like chess ratings.

This problem has arisen with the 2.0.27 patch that introduced the new PP ratings system.
