TBCB2 not workin on Vista, need help.

I can not get TBCB2 to work with Windows Vista. Click on icon and nothing happens. No error, nothing. Damn you Vista, Damn you.

Been all sorts of problems with older software not working with Vista, including MS software from 2000. Without reports on this forum, I have no idea whether older versions of TBCB and OOTP will work on Vista or not.
