Changes in Screen Size and Colors

This happened to me a few years ago and for the life of me I can't remember what I did to correct it. It just happened out of the blue. I believe it was a simple fix. See below and thanks!!!!

Oh Yes! A quick reinsatall and all is well!!!! Duh!!!!
