Move universe

I just installed the Vista version on my new computer. Can you tell me how to move my universe over. I have them in a secondary database on my laptop and I want to move them. How do I move the files and which ones do I move. Where do I put them?

Wiggins i don't know how big your files are but if there not to big you can email them from on computer to another. I know its kind of crude but that is the way i have been moving mine.I have moved 4 data bases and the sch. file so far kind of slow but it works i had a old win 98 so i didn't have much choice. Bill
