Resolution Problems

I've just bought a new computer and re-installed Title Bout using my old license. However, when I load the game in, it always informs me the the desired resolution is 1440 X 900. Despite continuously settinhg my monitor to this setting, it keeps on reverting back when I load the game in, and I always get the same message, before receiving a message informing me that the game needs to shut down. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ian, please try the following:

- Locate the TB2 program directory (where the file tb2.exe is)
- Open the file config.ini with a text editor program
- Look for the line "SwitchResolution=yes"
- Change it to "SwitchResolution=no"
- Close and save the file and start TB2.

Still can't get it to work, have even tried re-installing. When I make the change and try to save it, I keep getting told it cannot save it and being asked to make sure that path and file name are correct. Any suggestions would be greatly apprecdiated, as I'm getting severe withdrawal symptoms from TB

It is. Also, it keeps shutting down, telling me that TB Setup Exe has encountered a problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you find the config.ini file? It should be right in C:\Program Files\Out of the Park Developments\Title Bout Championship Boxing 2
Right click on it and then click on Properties. Make sure it's not write-protected.
Double click on it and it should open up in an editor.
Edit the value as described above.
Close and save the file.

Does that work?

It may be write protected as it won't let me change it. How do I go about changing it?

Right click on it and then click on Properties. There's a check box "Write-protect", make sure it's not checked, then click OK.
