Licensing game without internet

I recently purchased version 2.5 & unlicensed version 2.0 I wish to install version 2 on a computer at my parents' home. However, they don't have an internet connection. Is there any way to do this?

i know with the first version you could do an off-line license request, but you still have to reach the internet on some computer to get it licensed. It really is not hard to do.
