Found one:

"Both fighters miss, now Miguel Cruz follows up with a solid hook to the body of Cruz!"

And no, both fighters are not named Cruz. The other fighter was named Yu.

Another:

"Frank's left eye is now in terrible shape as his corner has not been abel to curtail the swelling."

There are some typos (mainly it's and its: for example,this is boxing at it's best) in the commentary.

Not yet, looking at later in the year with OOTP being worked on by Andreas I have slowed down work on the DB as only he can release the patch.
