My game won't run. When I start it, it tells me that it can't load certain files, and then it goes to a screen that asks if I want to start in full-screen mode next time. When I click on "yes" or "no," nothing happens--it's frozen at that point.

Looks like an incomplete installation! Please un-install the game, then install again. Make sure installation completes without any errors!
