Can't load Beta version

I can't load the Beta version of TBCB. I don't think it's a problem with the Beta version, which is why I have put it in here. I think it's due to the fact that I've changed my anti-virus, and the one I have now doesn't seem to be allowing it. Any help greatly appreciated.

Also how do I get the license for my old game? It's on my old computer which is now dead.
