resolution help!!!

My moniter will not set to the correct resolution! Why? What can I do?

Probably your monitor cannot display that resolution. But probably it's just because you have too high color depth or a too high frequency choosen in your Windows' display settings. Try "High-Color" instead of "True-Color" and then in the Monitor settings, try "60Hz" instead of "85Hz" or what ever there is currently choosen. But don't blame me if this will hurt your eyes

Another monitor would help, too.
