quick Picture question

Anybody have any suggestions for cropping pics. My image programs just go by percents and not pixel size as i can figure out alteast. Also how do you take a picture off if you find a better picture. Thanks for all the help.

You really should get Irfanview. It's the best freeware program on Earth; it can crop and size pictures the way you want it done.

If you don't want to use a photo, you could always delete or rename it.
